AI Automation EP LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides automated appointment messaging services to medical clinics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when we send text and WhatsApp messages on behalf of our clinic clients.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use this information solely to send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation and reschedule notices, waitlist offers, review requests, and to answer patient questions related to their care at the clinic. We do not use patient information for advertising or sell it to anyone.
Message frequency varies based on a patient's appointments. Patients typically receive a booking confirmation, reminders 48 and 24 hours before each appointment, and occasional follow-up or review request messages.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by the patient's mobile carrier and are the responsibility of the patient.
Patients opt in to receive messages by providing their phone number when booking an appointment, either verbally or on a paper intake form at the clinic. Patients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume messages, a patient may reply START. For help, a patient may reply HELP or contact the clinic directly.
We do not sell, rent, or share patient mobile information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our messaging service (such as our messaging platform provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Patient information is stored securely within our clinic clients' own protected systems. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access.
We retain patient information only as long as necessary to provide messaging services to the clinic, or as required by applicable law.
