Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Our service sends appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation and reschedule notices, waitlist offers, review requests, and answers to appointment-related questions on behalf of the clinic where you are a patient.
By providing your mobile phone number when booking an appointment — verbally or on a paper intake form — you consent to receive recurring automated text and WhatsApp messages related to your care at the clinic.
You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages, unless you opt back in by replying START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the clinic directly.
Message frequency depends on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. We are not liable for messages not received due to an incorrect phone number, a carrier issue, or a device that cannot receive messages.
Our messaging service is provided to support clinic communication and does not replace direct contact with your healthcare provider. For medical emergencies, call 911 or contact your clinic directly. We are not liable for any missed appointment, scheduling error, or harm arising from reliance on automated messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date shown above.
